HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid is the nationally recognised first aid qualification required by most Australian workplaces.

This course equips your team with the practical skills and knowledge to respond to medical emergencies, deliver CPR, and manage common injuries and illnesses in line with current Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines.

Delivered onsite at your workplace by an experienced first aid trainer, this course is ideal for businesses, schools, childcare centres, community organisations, and workplace teams.

Training is hands-on, engaging, and tailored to suit your workplace environment — ensuring your staff gain confidence to act effectively in an emergency.

This is a nationally recognised course – HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, delivered in alignment with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines and current industry standards.

Participants who successfully complete all training and assessment requirements will receive a Statement of Attainment for the following nationally recognised units of competency:

• HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

• HLTAID010 – Provide Basic Emergency Life Support

• HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid

This certification is valid for workplace compliance across Australia and meets the requirements of most industries, schools, and community organisations.

The course runs for approximately 3 hours of practical first aid training, delivered onsite at your workplace or organisation.

This hands-on session focuses on real-world scenarios, giving participants the skills and confidence to respond effectively in an emergency.

Training is delivered in a blended format, combining self-paced online pre-course learning with face-to-face practical training conducted by an experienced first aid trainer at your location.

All equipment is supplied — you simply need a clean indoor space suitable for CPR and group activities.

Our onsite delivery is designed for maximum convenience, with after-hours and weekend sessions available.

You tell us when you want the session, and we’ll be there, bringing everything needed for a professional and engaging training experience.

The cost of this course is $150 per participant, with a minimum of 7 participants per booking. All resources, training equipment, online learning access, and certificates are included.

Invoices are issued after training, based on the actual number of participants who attend on the day.

You can secure a booking without needing to confirm final numbers in advance, providing flexibility to suit your workplace and scheduling needs.

We can train participants requiring First Aid and CPR refresher qualifications in the same session.

All staff complete the CPR component together (approximately 1.5 hours).

Those attending for CPR only are then free to leave, while others continue with the full First Aid course.
